The George Washington University’s Marc Lynch, director of the Project on Middle East Political Science, speaks with Wendy Pearlman, the Crown Junior Chair in Middle East Studies and Assistant Professor of Political Science at Northwestern University. She is the author of Violence, Nonviolence, and the Palestinian National Movement. Lynch and Pearlman discuss her recent research working with Syrian refugees in Jordan, and their perspectives on the Syrian conflict.
